Upon purchase of any Essentrics Fitness Holiday or Retreat, you agree to the following Live Event Terms & Conditions:
- Medical Clearance: I understand that I participate in all Essentrics classes entirely at my own risk and that any loss, damage, injury or other mishap is not the responsibility of the class organizer or teacher. If you are in doubt as to the suitability of the classes to any pre-existing medical condition or health issues, please consult your doctor for clearance.
- Photography/Digital Footage Release Waiver: The Esmonde Technique reserves the irrevocable right to use any photographs/videos taken at the event for any future marketing materials produced, on our web sites or other electronic forms of media. Agreeing to these terms confirms that you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs/digital footage or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and that you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs and the digital footage.
- Cancellation Policy: There are fees charged for the cancellation of any Essentrics Live Event. Please refer to the online registration form associated with the Live Event for which you have registered to view the full cancellation policy.
