PLACING AN ORDER IN THE ONLINE STORE

- When placing an order on Shopify, you can either checkout as a guest or create an account. To shop, click on the product category you’re interested in, and click “details” on the product of your choice, which will lead you to a product detail page where you can add the product to your cart.
- While shopping in our online store—you can click on your product of your choice to be directed to the individual product page, which will you give you specific details about the item. If you decide to purchase this item, click on “Add to Cart.” You may add several items to your cart before "checking out".
- To view your cart, you can click on the shopping cart icon on the upper right hand corner of the Shopify page, and you can adjust the quantities or product selection in your cart.
- Once your selection is complete, you can click "Checkout" and follow the directions provided. You may checkout either as a guest, or by creating an account to complete your purchase.
PLACING AN ORDER BY PHONE
If you prefer to place your order by phone, please call our offices at (514) 989-0236 (long distance phone charges may apply.) If you’ve chosen a product to purchase, please have the product item name on hand. If you’re not sure—no worries! Our customer service team will be happy to help you choose the right item for your needs.

- Having issues getting payment to go through for your online order?
Please contact your credit card company to find out why they are not authorizing your purchase. If your credit card has never been used outside of the USA, the charge may have been held due to our being a Canadian company. Your credit card company will approve the international transaction at which point you can place your order. - Track your Order
We will email the tracking information for your package as soon as soon as you complete your order. You can also view your tracking number and order details by signing into your Store account. Once logged in, you can view your account details and order history by clicking on "Account Info" in the top right corner. - Cancel or Modify your Order
Since orders are transmitted to our warehouse immediately after payment—no modifications can be applied thereafter. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled or modified after payment is received.

A valid shipping address must be provided at the time of the purchase. If the shipping address provided at the time of the purchase is incorrect and/or a package is unclaimed, additional shipping fees will apply. All customers who have a package that must be re-delivered will be charged additional shipping fees.

PURCHASING STREAMING
- To purchase Streaming, click on the Shop menu on the homepage and click Streaming. This will take you to the Essentrics TV homepage. Alternatively, you can also click Streaming directly in the top navigation menu.
- Once on the Essentrics TV Homepage, click "Start Free Trial/Sign In" and enter your billing information to begin your 7-day Free Trial. You will only be billed once your 7-day Free Trial has ended.
