Shipping for Teacher Training Material Orders

All orders containing Teacher Training Material will be subject to a flat shipping rate of $12 regardless of the total order value. See the examples below.
All Teacher Training Materials are shipped from our Head Office in Montreal, QC via Canada Post.

Order Cancellations
Orders are transmitted to our warehouse immediately after payment. Once an order has been submitted to the warehouse, no modifications can be applied.
Address Modifications
A valid shipping address must be provided at the time of the purchase. If the shipping address provided at the time of the purchase is incorrect and/or a package is unclaimed, additional shipping fees will apply. All customers who have a package that must be re-delivered will be charged additional shipping fees.

Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Parcel Service or Parcel Force from London, United Kingdom or via Canada Post from our Head Office in Montreal, Canada.
