CREATING AN ACCOUNT
Please note that there are two types of accounts that you can create within the Essentrics Website:

  1. An account on the Essentrics Store
  2. An account for the Essentrics TV Streaming platform
    • Important Note about Essentrics TV
      • You will have immediate access until the end of your current billing period or the expiration of your gift – at this point you will be prompted to re-enter your credit card information if you’d like to continue your membership. 
      • To gain access to the Essentrics TV platform and an Essentrics TV account, you must purchase Essentrics TV.

STORE ACCOUNT
Visit Shopify Help Pages for all matters related to Creating an Account

  • If you’d like to create an account in the Store, you can do so by clicking here; or by Clicking Shop from the main Essentrics.com menu.
  • If you’d like to make a purchase in the Store, you can either checkout as a guest or create an account.
  • If you have a Store account and you’d like to create an Essentrics TV account, for simplicity, we recommend that our clients create their Essentrics TV account using the same email and password as those used for their Essentrics Store account.

NEW ESSENTRICS TV MEMBERS

  1. Click Streaming on the main Essentrics.com menu or go directly to Essentricstv.com
  2. Once on Essentricstv.com, you will see the option to "Start Free Trial", which will prompt you to enter your credit card number to begin your 7-day free trial.
  3. You will only be charged after the 7-day trial ends, at which point you will be billed on a monthly basis for your membership until you decide to cancel your membership.

Please note that the Sign In option is only applicable to current Essentrics TV subscribers.

EXISTING ESSENTRICS TV MEMBERS

  • You will have immediate access until the end of your current billing period or the expiration of your gift – at this point you will be prompted to re-enter your credit card information if you’d like to continue your membership.
  • Your username (email address) will remain the same, but you will be required to create a new password. Please follow the instructions below to create your new password.

To access the new Essentrics TV platform as an existing member…

  1. Visit www.essentricstv.com and click “Sign In” on the top right corner
  2. Enter the email address already associated with your Essentrics TV account & click “Next”.
  3. Select “Reset Your Password” and re-enter the email address already associated with your Essentrics TV account.
  4. You will be emailed a link to reset your password (if you don’t see it in your inbox check your junk mail). Click “Set Your Password”.
  5. Enter the password of your choice.
  6. You can now log in with your email address and newly selected password.
  7. You now have access to the new and improved Essentrics TV platform.
