Change My Account Info/Password

    Please note that there are two types of accounts that you can create on the Essentrics Website:
  2. STORE ACCOUNT INFO/PASSWORD
    Visit Shopify Help Pages for all matters related to Managing your Account.

    If you've forgotten your store password, please follow these steps to reset:

    1) Click LOG IN on the store page
    2) Click "Forget the password?" 
    3) You will be brought to a page where you can enter your email address and click submit
    4) Instructions for resetting your password will then be sent to your email. If you are not seeing the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. Open the email and click RESET YOUR PASSWORD.
    5) You will be brought to a page where you can enter a new password. You must re-enter the new password and click "RESET PASSWORD" to confirm and continue shopping.
