What is ESSENTRICS TV?
Essentrics TV is an online streaming platform that offers live virtual classes and unlimited access to 400+ Essentrics workouts, including all seasons of the Classical Stretch TV Series on PBS. Enjoy new workouts and health challenges (added regularly), available exclusively to members.
All videos are accessible 24/7—from your computer, smartphone, tablet and smart TV—enabling you to work out anytime, anywhere!
How do I purchase ESSENTRICS TV?
To purchase a subscription, click here. Select a monthly or annual subscription, enter your full name, credit card information, area code and then select Start Free Trial. You will only be charged after the 14-day trial ends. Your subscription will automatically renew every month unless you cancel.
How can I watch ESSENTRICS TV?
You can watch Essentrics TV on your computer, smartphone, tablet and smart TV once you become a member and then log in to your account.

How do I purchase an ESSENTRICS TV Gift Subscription?
Offer the gift of wellness by purchasing an ETV Gift Subscription:
- Head to the Essentrics TV Checkout. Select Purchase gift
- On the left side of the Gift Details sign-up page, open the Gift this subscription drop-down menu to select length of time you wish to purchase
- On the right side of the sign-up page, enter your email, your recipient's email, a gift message, and the delivery date (when you wish your recipient to receive your message/gift subscription)
- Enter your payment information
- Click Complete purchase at the bottom
- An email will be sent to the recipient on your chosen delivery date, with instructions for activating their gift, which can be activated at any time.

What does a membership cost?
When you register for your free trial, a $1 (+tax depending on your location) authorization hold will be placed on your card. After your free trial expires, this hold will be refunded to your card and you’ll be charged the full price of Essentrics TV as listed below. Charges on your card will appear as OTT*ESSENTRICSTV.
By starting your free trial you authorize us to charge your credit or debit card. You may cancel at any time and will continue to have access to Essentrics TV until the end of your monthly or annual billing period.
Prices vary depending on where and how you sign up. If you wish to access the Essentrics TV through one of our apps, registering through the Essentrics TV website and then logging into your chosen app will result in a lower price per month than registering directly through the app itself.

*If you see a message that says ‘You are no longer eligible for a free trial’ this is because you’ve already completed your free trial. Please proceed and click on ‘Start Subscription’.
How can I activate a promo code?
New member?
Please read the stipulations of your code (valid for monthly or annual) and ensure you have the corresponding subscription type selected when entering your promo code. Promo codes are only valid for one or the other, the same promo code will not work for both annual and monthly.
- On the registration page, select "Monthly Plan" or "Annual Plan" depending on the stipulations of the code
- After entering payment information, select "Promo Code" under the credit card details and enter your promo code (case sensitive)
Existing member?
Depending on the type of promo code you are entering please ensure that you have annual or monthly subscription selected.
- Add the promo code in your Billing Settings. Once logged in, click on the circle on the top right of your account. Select “Manage Subscription”.
- Click on “Billing”. Scroll down and enter in your promo code in the corresponding field.
I've registered for ESSENTRICS TV, how do I access the videos?
As soon as you start free trial, you will have access to Essentrics TV. To access Essentrics TV, you can click streaming in the main menu bar. You will land on the Essentrics TV homepage, where you can sign in and begin viewing the workouts.
Can I view the workouts offline (without internet/data)?
Essentrics TV workouts are not available for download but are available for offline viewing through our Android and iOS Apps.
To add a workout for offline viewing:
1. Visit the Apple Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to download the app
2. Open the app on your device, make sure you are connected to the internet
3. Log-in
4. Click on the workout that you would like to view offline
5. Once the workout is opened, click on the download button at the top right-hand corner
6. All videos that you have downloaded for offline viewing will be stored in the library section of the app located at the bottom of the screen
7. Once a video has been downloaded for offline viewing it will be saved for as long as you have an active subscription
How do I download the free app?
You may download the free Essentrics Workout App onto your smartphone, tablet or smart TV.
Please follow these steps:
1. Subscribe online on essentricstv.com before downloading the Essentrics App.
2. Next, visit the Apple Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) or the Roku Channel Store to download the app
3. Log into the App with your same credentials from essentricstv.com
Key Features of the App:
- Download workouts within the App for offline viewing (available only on iOS and Android).
- Create a list of your favourite workouts for quick access (available only on iOS and Android).
- Share your daily workout with a friend by emailing or texting them a link to the exact workout from the App. Note: You must be a member of Essentrics TV to watch the workout.

What does a membership consist of?
Unlimited online access to a collection of the latest Essentrics and Classical Stretch workouts along with new & exclusive workout clips added regularly, and live classes.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
You may not share your account, password or username with any other person. Excessive viewing and logins may be deemed as fraudulent and your account may be terminated or suspended at the discretion of the website without refund.
What DVD titles are available on ESSENTRICS TV?

What are the terms of the membership?
Membership subscriptions renew on a monthly or yearly basis. Your subscription will be renewed automatically unless you cancel your subscription. Is there a maximum number of devices I can use while subscribed?
You can not have more than 3 devices or browsers logged into one account. If our system registers more than 3 devices or browsers, it will limit your account. Follow these steps to refresh your account:
- Log out on all of the devices that you are using to watch
- Log back in

How can I search for a specific video?
On the Essentrics TV homepage, you will see “Search Videos” at the top
Type in any keyword (ie: back pain, arthritis, posture, 30 minutes, etc.) into the search bar
You will see the collection of workouts associated with the keyword(s) below. Click on any collection or workout that appears and enjoy!
How do I add a video to my list?
If you’ve found the perfect workout or collection for you and want to make sure you can come back to it later you can simply add it to your list. There’s two ways to do this.
From the homepage, click the symbol on the top right of the video or collection.
From within the video itself, you can click ADD TO MY LIST.
Once something has been added to your list you will see a category at the top of the homepage called MY LIST.
If you need to remove something from your list you can do it in the same way you added it – by either hovering over and clicking the symbol on the thumbnail or opening the workout and clicking “remove from list” on the top right hand side.
MOBILE APP
Click on the collection or workout that you wish to add to your list and select ADD TO MY LIST on the top right of the video or above the collection description. To access your list you’ll need to go back to the homepage and click the “library” symbol at the bottom.
To remove something you can either click the three dots to the right of the workout while viewing your list and select “remove from my list” or you can open the video or collection and click the same button you did to add it to your list in the first place!
Apple TV
If you’ve found the perfect workout or collection for you and want to make sure you can come back to it later you can simply add it to your list.

How do I receive email notifications from Essentrics TV?
- Log in to your account
- Go to your Account Settings
- Click on Notifications
- Select your preferences under Receive email notifications for:

How do I add closed captioning to a video?
- Click CC at the bottom right side of the video on EssentricsTV.com

A pop-up box will appear. Select “English CC” and exit.
How to switch your monthly or yearly subscription
If you have a monthly or annual subscription and want to change to the other one (in the event that it's available), you can do so on the billing and subscriptions tab from your account settings:
- Navigate to billing and subscriptions
- Click on Manage Subscription

Select your desired subscription frequency.

You'll see an alert to confirm. Click Confirm.
